SATIN-LINED WINTER BEANIE. 2 Beanies · $54.95
Made for your hair
Whatever your hair, the knit stays off it.
Pick your hair type and see what changes when the inside of your beanie is satin instead of knit.
For curly hair
Curls lose their shape when knit drags across them all day.
Satin lets your curls slide instead of catching, so your definition has a better chance of making it through the commute.
Tip Put it on over dry curls, not damp ones.
For coily hair
Tight coils snag on knit fibres and dry out faster in cold air.
The knit never touches your hair. Only the smooth lining does, from crown to cuff.
Tip Wear it over a low puff or a pineapple.
For wavy hair
Waves go flat and fuzzy at the crown under a regular beanie.
Less rubbing means less fuzz, so your waves come out looking more like they did this morning.
Tip Fold the cuff once for a looser fit over volume.
For straight and fine hair
Fine hair picks up static fast in dry winter air.
Satin creates less friction than knit, so you get fewer flyaways when the hat comes off.
Tip A quick hand smooth after you take it off is all you need.
For braids and locs hair
Knit catches on braids and leaves fluff in locs.
The smooth lining keeps knit fluff off your style. It stretches, but very full styles will fit snugger.
Tip Unfold the cuff for extra room over a full style.

How it compares
Warm like a beanie. Smooth like a bonnet.
A regular beanie is warm but rough on your hair. A satin bonnet is smooth but stays at home. This is both.

FAQ
Good questions.
Still not sure? {email_us}.
Will it really stop my hair getting frizzy?
The satin lining means your hair touches smooth satin, not knit, so there is far less rubbing and static. Results vary with hair type, but most beanie frizz comes from that rubbing.
What size is it?
One size. The rib knit stretches to fit most adult heads. Wear the cuff folded for a snug fit or unfolded for more room.
Will it fit over braids, locs or a lot of hair?
Yes for most styles. It stretches, and unfolding the cuff gives extra room. Very full styles will feel snugger.
Does the lining slip or bunch up?
The lining is sewn in at the crown and the cuff, so it stays in place when you pull the beanie on and off.
Is it warm enough for real winter?
Yes. It is a thick, chunky rib knit with a full lining, so you get two layers over your head.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry or iron the lining.
When will it arrive?
Every order ships with tracking. Shipping is free.
